Description
Thallus green, single celled or colonial, forming 2- to 32-celled, usually 4- or 8-celled coenobia; cells fused with one third to one half the celllength; cells fusiform, slender. The outer surface of the marginal cells slightly convex, cells 22-24 µm long, 8-8.5µm in dia.
